What a purchase includes

A box from ODY Supply is an Android streaming device and the accessories listed on its product page. It does not include television channels, movies, sports, subscription services, copyrighted works or any third-party media library from ODY Supply.

Payment

Every order is paid through Square's hosted checkout. We never see your card details. Your Square receipt carries the order number, so quote it when you write to us about an order.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Free, tracked shipping on every order within the US. If the box isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Every box carries a one-year hardware warranty. Full details are on the shipping and returns page.

Lawful use

Every device should be used only with apps, media, subscriptions, accounts, and services that you are legally allowed to access.

We do not support copyright infringement, unauthorized access, misuse of software, or using any device in a way that violates the law or a third-party service's terms.

• Follow the terms of any app, platform, internet service or subscription you choose to install or access.
• Do not use any product bought from this store to infringe intellectual property rights or to bypass lawful access requirements.
• Support requests that would need us to help with any of the above won't be answered.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a product bought from this store is being used unlawfully, or you hold rights you believe are affected, email support@odysupply.com with the page link, the product, and a description of the concern. We read every report and reply the same business day.
