Questions before you buy
What do you sell?
Android streaming boxes from SuperBox and vSeeBox. Every model page lists the specs, what's in the carton, and the price.
What is your lawful-use policy?
We sell hardware for lawful personal use at home. A box does not include channels, subscriptions or media, and we don't supply any. The full wording is on the terms page.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free, tracked US shipping on every order, no minimum.
How do I choose a model?
Main TV, go for a 64GB model like the S7 Max or V6 Plus. Second room or tighter budget, the S7 Pro or V6 Pro. The comparison on the home page walks through it.
Should I buy now or make an offer?
If you're happy with the price, Buy now opens a Square checkout and you're done. If you'd like us to look at a lower price, make an offer. No payment is taken on the offer form.
What happens at checkout?
Buy now opens Square in a new tab. You'll see the model, shipping details and total before you pay. We never see your card details.
What if I need to return something?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with the model name and your order details and we'll explain the next step. See shipping and returns.
Do the boxes come with a warranty?
One-year hardware warranty. If a box develops a fault, contact us with the model and order details.
How do I get help?
Email us from the contact page with the model name, your TV, and your question. Leave out passwords and payment details.
