Shipping

• Free, tracked shipping on every order within the US.
• Orders placed before 2pm Eastern ship from Miami, Florida the same business day. Later orders ship the next business day.
• You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
• We ship with the major carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Delivery is usually 2 to 4 business days depending on where you are.

Returns

• If the box isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Send the model name and your order details so we can answer without making you repeat the story.
• We'll explain the next step, including where to send it and how the refund works. The buyer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
• Boxes should come back complete, with the remote, cables and packaging.

Warranty

Every box carries a one-year hardware warranty. If something goes wrong, email us with the model and order details and we'll sort out a repair or replacement.
